About the Return of the Sistra
The Return of the Sistra is a movement of alchemical transduction—of memory into matter, of rhythm into form—through craft, connection, and presence across the planetary grid.
The Sistra return the coherence of time and memory, moving through the lunar womb field of salt and water, rhythm and cycles of becoming.
They spiral and sound the One Song of Earth—resonating from the depths of her cisterns, infused with stellar light through the Style and Stellium nodes of the grid.
The Sistra, the ancient Egyptian rattles—Shesheshet or Sekhem—awaken what has been held in stillness. They return rhythm to the body, sound to memory, and motion to the field.
They make the wind audible, the Earth’s movement felt, the fire within rise, and the water flow outward in clarity.
This is the return of those who remember the original rhythm of the Earth and the All. The ones who weave body and being in harmonic coherence. The ones who listen, create, and become with the Earth.
This is the path that allow the other alchemical movements to land in clarity, stability and belonging.
To return the coherence of time, space and memory.

The Earth's Call
She asks you to receive her field — not just activate it.
The path of the Sistra is not just solar activation, it isn't opening the grid.
Through our journeys, our mission is to meet the Earth, to receive her rhythm; to grieve with her, transmute and transduce with her so that her true song of becoming can rise into the field.
Think of the times when what you needed was someone to:
- Sit with your grief without fixing it
- Breathe with your rhythms without trying to accelerate them
- Listen so deeply that your nervous system slows through presence
Earth desires this too, and even more she desires deep co-regulation with you, where her rhythm soothes and attunes like a mother with her child.
She wants you to inhabit and embody the coherence of time and memory on Earth, not just try to bring high frequencies from above.
Letting her water speak, her wind sing, and in return letting your body return to her.
She wants you to stay, like a lover, a sister, a friend.
Entrained through a shared rhythm.
The Journeys of the Return of the Sistra's mission is to awaken to the remembrance of co-regulation, co-being with the Earth's natural correspondence of becoming, through the elements, through the Moon, the stars, and through alchemical transduction.
And by being this, we allow others to remember their natural current with her.
We do this through the alchemical journeys through the Earth's body, each one crafted as complete cycle of emergence.
These journeys are curated mindfully to receive the Earth in each location, not just the land but for deep sharing and exchange with the people and culture.
The Moon & the Womb
The Sistra move through the lunar field, the moon's rhythm, through salt as the alchemical principle that gives the other tria prima meaning.
The Sistra know the Moon as a temple keeper of what has been forgotten, and a reflection of the emotion and memory field of Earth's water.
This is why we move with the tides.
We honor the waters of time, of return and the womb that serve as the root of coherence.
The Sistra are masters of the womb as crucible of transformation and transduction. The womb allows for the poison that has been transmuted into medicine to move into the field of being & life.
Here, the Moon is not just a celestial body, but a memory field that mirrors our emotional tides and rhythmic returns.
The womb, whether physical or energetic, becomes a vessel of listening and transduction
THE PATH
The Style, The Cistern, and The Sistrum
These three elements are the architecture of the Sistra's Return.
The Style channels stellar consciousness from above into the Earth’s body through Stellium nodes of the grid.
The Cistern are the etheric waters of time and memory, the waters of becoming that create from below.
The Sistrum, the rattles held by the Sistra shake what’s been dormant back into motion - awakening the planetary nodes of embodiment and expression once more.
The Sistrum within you may not sound through a rattle, but through voice or movement.
Together, these three create a path of harmonic return and coherence.
The path unfolds through 10 planetary journeys of Tefnut and 4 core initiations in Egypt — Lunar Barques.
Each journey is an expression of the elements, the stars, and lunar rhythms.

THE SONG WE SING
There is a great tuning taking place now, a return of the unified sound and song of the All.
This is the Song of Original Coherence—the vibrational blueprint of Earth in harmony with All.
A field of resonance that once wove all beings, all elements, all rhythms into One.
The Sistra move through the planetary network, connecting with the song of origin at each expression node.
Through the Sistra Path, some of us will sound, tone, sing as we shake the elements and memory of the cisterns to rise, to spiral back into being.
We sing not of the mind or the heart alone, but through the body as we have connected to the Earth’s body. It is her sound that moves through us, not our own.
We spiral and move through the womb field, the salt of the Moon, and the waters of time and memory, to allow our body to weave with hers.
Each node, each place that we visit, will have a color, a sigil through movement or written, a tone, a rhythm, and a song pulled from her crystalline reservoirs.
Each song, expression of being that we move through, weaves into the Earth field, speaks to her minerals, her mycelium, her roots, and water to retune them to the Origin frequency, to allow them to vibrate the return.
Back to the original lattice of the Song of the One.
The Elements & The Stars We Walk With
A New Alchemical Framework of Correspondence
Over the 10 journeys of 14 days, we work with natural elements and the constellations of the Zodiac.
Each day, we follow a correspondence framework aligned with alchemical and harmonic traditions.
We start with the following: the cistern of all becoming, with Pisces as the Cistern, activated and supported by her Vedic Style, the Water Bearer, Aquarius.
We move through all 12 Zodiacs in tandem with their Vedic partner, meeting the light and dark in both signs.
Each Zodiac has a union of elements, of support and stabilization, and cosmic consciousness meeting Earthly embodiment.
The 94 natural elements, including Plutonium and Neptunium, along with 14 bridge positions, for a total of 108, correspond to each Zodiac in harmonic triads of 12 -> 9.
We work with 18 elements in harmony each day, moving through each element twice: one group in the Style Zodiac and one in the Cistern.

This path is for those who feel the rhythm in their bones before it’s explained.
Those who remember through the body before the mind.
For those who understand the power and portal of the womb space, and feel the song, the breath and the rhythm of the Earth moving from there soles to their voice.
You feel a remembrance stir of a time when you have tried to walk this path before, through sisterhood, through the lunar field and as someone who restores the forgotten to the being.
You couldn't complete it then, but we restore it now.
You feel this path is much yours as it is the All's.
You may find yourself here not through mind, but through resonance. If you feel it, you are already a part of it.
The Mission
Return of the Sistra restores the relationship between human consciousness, the body, and the living Earth through ritual, rhythm, energetic work and cultural remembrance.
Rooted in ancient mythic lineages and expressed through modern practice, this work reconnects individuals and communities to the intelligence of natural cycles—lunar, planetary, and elemental. It invites a return to embodied awareness, where the body is not separate from knowing, but a primary site of perception, creation, and truth.
