This is the second initiatory transmission of the Sistra Path. It weaves personal myth, memory, alchemy, and embodiment. Some language may feel symbolic or unfamiliar at first. It is written with heart and through constructive weaving. It may not always speak to the mind, so take a breath, read slowly, and honor the body. This is how the Sistra Path begins—through felt recognition.

I had the foundation of the Sistra Path long before I felt into the record of its tone, or the signature of its name.
As it formed, the path wanted a name. When I asked myself… I simultaneously had several things appear. I heard cistern, saw the rattle of the sistrum, and also heard sisters, sistra.
All of this weaves into the path and paints a harmony of the embodied memory of time and space — a path I had already been walking through the weaving of the Womb of Return and the Tree of Return across the US (see my YouTube for the shares).
At the same time, knowings about the style — pillars and column-like structures — the sundial, and the records of keeping time were coming through my awareness.
This is the story we share today, of the union of time & memory through the harmonics of the Sistrum & the Style.
Long before this time of record, through the crystalline waters of time and memory —harmonic roles, rhythm and pulses were respected.
Instead of a wife or husband, a resonance of claim — you had harmonic union.
A partnership in purpose, amplification, and energetic completion. This union included field mechanics based on ability, aptitude, and reception through the pillars and the spirals that bridge spirit and matter.
One role was the Style or Stellium, and the other resonated with the Sistra.
I use Style and Stellium interchangeably, not astrologically, but as a harmonic role of focused structural alignment.
Time and memory also follow this path of purpose and completion, of pillars and spirals throughout time. Of the Style and Sistra.

There was once a time when the shadow of the sun tracked the time, and now there is a time when the shadow of time shrouds the becoming.
Throughout our history of timekeeping, the oldest formations that allowed us to track and record time were based on the rhythm of the sun.
First, it was shadow clocks; obelisks, pillars, and style-shaped structures that would cast a shadow as the Earth rotated around the sun.
The obelisks and shadow clocks evolved into the sundial. The dial is set to track the movement of the sun, in intervals of 15 degrees. A sundial is composed of the dial plate and the gnomon, with the point set towards the celestial pole.
The gnomon - originating from the same word as gnosis, nous — is the geometry that allows one to know the hour through the shadow of the sun; but it is only the edge of the gnomon that makes the shadow visible. This is the style.
However, the sun does not shine at night, and so these hours cannot be tracked when no shadow is cast in darkness. Leaving a void in timekeeping.
Through the night hours, one could use a water clock in the form of a conical bowl called a clepsydra that would track time through the flow of water into or out of the vessel.
Some used pillars within the center to mark and track time or measurement along the side of the vessel.
Water holds memory, flow, and the lunar fields of becoming, requiring transduction into meaning and matter.

A cistern is a reservoir or box that holds water and conserves it, lying beneath the surface of the Earth. Sometimes, beneath the stars, and sometimes, beneath a temple.
In the great work of alchemy, a cista or cistern represents a vessel for purifying the inner self and a holding for the waters of life.
The ancient element of water, representing the prima materia of chaos and unmediated and infinite potential, could be held, filtered, and contained through this vessel.
Cisterns are vessels for alchemical transformation — holding the prima materia deep beneath the surface of consciousness. Not just enshadowed by time, but shrouded by perception itself.
A cistern of water can hold the potential of all time, the timelines yet to flow, and the memory through the womb in stillness until it is time for them to rise.
The shape and purpose of the cistern is the ability to work with the creative forces of the All through a transformative process of holding, of incubation, of distillation, of purification, and of mineralization.
It is the holding-womb of stillness where the void of creation waits to sound once again.
The shape, the bulb, the conical womb of the cistern not only shows us how to prepare the alchemical process, but it also shows the flow, the expression, and the spiral through which time and memory come into coherence.
Many clepsydras mirrored this conical womb to create the outflow of water through which the hour was measured and tracked.
Allowing memory to move with time.
Where solar fire meets lunar salt.
The counterpart of a cistern is a well, a style-like structure that taps water for retrieval, providing an essential foundation for holding water within a cistern.
At the beginning of this piece, I used the word Stellium interchangeably as the harmonic role of the Style. That was not a mistake.
A stellium is a focal point, an intensification and stabilization of three forces. A point on the dial of the zodiac where three or more stars move through one, forming a column of light to stabilize and penetrate its energetic force through activation and awakening, shaping the path and purpose.
The style provides support for the tria prima, the three primes to stabilize. It is the structure of the spine and its stability — or a stellium.
The stellium forms the focal point, the style strikes and infuses the cistern of the primordial womb field, infusing it with cosmic forces of creation, time and awakening memory.
As the prismatic structure of light, the style and the stellium taps the cistern of the Earth’s womb field, the Sistra awaken and move it into the spiral vortex of creation, moving it back up and out through the grid to be worked with, molded and shaped into form through transduction.
The Sistra Path rattles, shakes, and sounds the memory that has been held in stillness, allowing it to flow with the natural rhythm of time again.
What has been moved down to activate is sung back up through coherence, filtered, purified and distilled.

Within your body, you carry mirrors of the Style and the portal of the Sistra.
Through the body — the activation, focus, and direction come through the mind-heart field and radiate outward through your spine and ribs as a pillar with resonant oscillation.
The spine-heart axis holds the codes of the stellium within.
The womb-heart axis holds this reservoir of receptive and primordial creation within you.
These roles can also be found in a harmonic union of partners. A style and sistrum in partnership of purpose.
The sistrum, through the womb-heart field, holds the ability to conduct a spiral wave of force through water-rich tissue and a salty pulse that weaves with sound, the voice and the electromagnetic waves of the heart into the field, directing them up and down and weaving them through the grid.
Those who project — direct light outward in harmonic truth — or pierce instead of weave and spiral through the generative field; when in harmonic entrainment with the Sistrum partner, can focus, activate, and direct the field together in unison. This completes the circuit.
One receives the stellar light and cosmic frequencies, directs it outward, and the other receives it and spirals it into matter. It is the wave of give, receive, and create.
Allowing roles to be held in equilibrium without overburdening one field.
Through the circuit of completion, the Alkhemia Path moves the Style and the Sistra Path embodies the creative waters of the Cistern, expressing them into being.
The Style (or Stellium) brings structure and stellar focus. The Sistra spirals it into coherence — into sound, form, and Earth.
As we move through this path, this is the field we work with — the primordial forces of creation that have been shrouded and shadowed through time. We move, purify, and transform through the womb of the Cistern and shake it through the Earth.
Through each journey through the elemental octaves and field of embodiment, we move with what has been awakened and infused by the Style in the primordial waters across the grid into being, through sound and movement.
Through connection, craft, and creation.
Bridging the forces of creation into matter. Stabilizing Heaven on Earth.
And so, the Sistra sings again — through the cisterns of Earth, the wombs of memory, and the bodies of those ready to rattle the divine into form.
And we ask of you, what cosmic light has landed through the Style within you, but still waits to be moved into being by the Sistra?
